This guy who only dishes out rumors, is floating around one that involves BQI.  The rumor apparently is there is a deal between Shell and BQI that will value BQI in the $15 range.  My guess is that its totally BS but after watching how these rumors start, you could see some action in the stock.  My recommendation is to be careful and pick your entry and exit points.  Let me know if you guys have any opinions.
